that when I had some time to LALOCACOCINA, I realized that to me really what I like to create, invent ... and if possible in small doses. Evidently, having lived 30 years in San Sebastian, brand. I am aware that there are things that work, I could not even do in San Sebastian. But it is also true that they are the least.
I love finding like today, small cups inside a wooden frame for presentation at the table, or as few bottles the other day, the home of such type of plug that was left hanging in mini format. More monooooosssss! When I take everything to the table and see the mix of dishes mini me excited. And that does not mean that we eat daily in different dishes with different glasses. (Well, now that is what "more" in the trendiest restaurants.)
