Step by step how to make cups Cups


I have received many emails asking how we do the tasting cups, so we shall see qeu carefully. The result is a splendid dessert for the holidays, or for any buffet or barbecue.
These are the ones I did for Christmas Eve. And send my house, nougat. We are muchísimossssss dinner so I made a rather considerable amount.
The recipe for the mousse multiplied by three.
first thing we to do is nougat mousse.

nougat 400 grams

2 eggs (separate yolks and whites)

50g of sugar.

1 brick of cream 500ml milk 100g



8 gelatin leaves small or 4 large.



Instructions: 1.-

Whip the cream and set aside.

2.-Beat the egg whites with a pinch of cream of tartar and reserve.

3.-Shred by hand, the tiny little bits and Nougat reserved.

4.-Place the gelatine leaves, five minutes in a bowl with cold milk.

5.-In the bowl, place the egg yolks, sugar and milk, 5 minutes v. 3. 90 º. Toss the drained gelatine leaves and stir a few seconds.

6 .- Place the butterfly and add the crumbled nougat. Stir speed 3, until a homogeneous mixture. If you have been trocillos or "blobs" to remove the butterfly and mix a few seconds to speed nine, must remain as a liquid slurry. Let stand a little too hot will not miss about the cream. 7.-

Pour the batter into the whipped cream, stir carefully, slowly, because it weighs much nougat and it can spoil everything, not down, add the egg whites with embolventes movements.
