Lately I've already received several emails from people congratulating me on my blog. Ie LALOCACOCINA. And when asked if they liked my other blog, I responded that they had no record of him. And for that, for the record, I tell you a bit of what it is about. It
that when I had some time to LALOCACOCINA, I realized that to me really what I like to create, invent ... and if possible in small doses. Evidently, having lived 30 years in San Sebastian, brand. Now the truth is that I filled a lot and whenever I have a chance to celebrate something at home with my family, my friends and I'm with my tapas menu, my preparations cups of skewers, cups of microplates, in cakes, canapes, rolls ....
And what about Christmas? When everyone walks thinking about sprucing up their tables and surprise the mother and sister?
Many times people think that what you see is hard to do, and I'm not going to remove reason. That happens sometimes, and certainly few. And sometimes yes it's true that some products are easy to find in any store in town (without sounding pejorative) or small town. Barcelona is what you have. I am aware that there are things that work, I could not even do in San Sebastian. But it is also true that they are the least.
I love finding like today, small cups inside a wooden frame for presentation at the table, or as few bottles the other day, the home of such type of plug that was left hanging in mini format. More monooooosssss! When I take everything to the table and see the mix of dishes mini me excited. And that does not mean that we eat daily in different dishes with different glasses.
